BEFORE YOU BEGIN
A few things to know about the free A²B=R team assessment, and what we ask of you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Choose how to invite your team of 5 to 15 people.
- Each person answers 25 questions.
- Once at least five people respond, you receive a team summary report.
YOUR ROLE
- Tell your team why you are asking, and that taking part is voluntary.
- If you share the link yourself, you send the invitation and any reminders.
- If you upload email addresses, TalentQ sends the invitation and reminders for you. The addresses are used for nothing else.
HOW RESPONSES ARE PROTECTED
- You see combined results only, never one person’s answers.
- Results appear only when at least five people respond. Groups smaller than five are not reported separately.
- The survey does not ask for names. Ask your team not to name anyone in written comments.
HOW TALENTQ USES THE DATA
- Your team’s de-identified responses join a larger data set, so we can track trends across industries.
- If you opt in, we send you updates on emerging themes as they become apparent.
- We never publish anything that identifies you, your team, or your organization.
STORAGE AND SECURITY
- Responses are stored without names or email addresses.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to TalentQ.
- You can ask us to delete your account and your team’s results at any time.

- Your email is used only to send your results, unless you opt in below to receive insights, emerging trends, and news from TalentQ
