Kathryn is a seasoned healthcare leader and consultant with a proven track record of helping academic medical centers and health systems achieve strategic goals. Prior to joining TalentQ, she served as Associate Chief Medical Officer at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she held clinical and administrative leadership roles for over two decades. Kathryn brings deep expertise in system-level change, clinical operations, and organizational effectiveness. She continues to practice part-time as a Cardiologist at BWH, keeping her grounded in the realities of frontline care and leadership.

Role at TalentQ: Kathryn brings her deep experience in healthcare leadership and system-level change to help organizations improve team effectiveness, operational alignment, and strategic execution. She partners with clients to design solutions that elevate performance, strengthen leadership, and drive measurable outcomes.

With more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, academia, life sciences, finance, and tech, Alexa has led enterprise-wide transformations, built inclusive, high-performing teams, and developed talent strategies that deliver lasting impact. She applies systems thinking and a disciplined approach to process improvement to strengthen leadership, organizational development, and alignment with strategic goals. Known for her authentic leadership and strategic insight, Alexa empowers organizations to navigate complexity and lead with clarity and purpose.
